Bought a new 2012 escape and have had problems with it pretty much from the begining. The dealership, Barkhouser ford in Danville va, just gave up after 1 or 2 tries. So Ford said we should take it to another delership in south boston va. 100 miles round trip from our house. They had our car for about 6 weeks never one phone call. Ford doe'nt call back dealerships won't call back and all the time we still have this piece of crap in my driveway. It's almost a year now. Stiil the same problems... Still no return calls no matter how many times we call. Ford sucks and so doe's this POS
