I applied for a loan of $200 $60 interest. I find that they are using another name and deposited a second $200 loan without my knowledge or permission. I caught this when checking my account and had $160 in NSF Fees. I told my bank of the initial loan was valid but not the other one. They informed me the money had been spent so if I stopped it, there would be criminal issues on my part. They used another company name to add an extra loan without my prior knowledge or consent so that is fraud which is a criminal act.
