I applied for a loan to replace the transmission in my car with 5 different lending agencies. They all approved me for $250.00. Given the fact that a transmission will cost between 2500 - 3000 I decided to not proceed with the loan.
OSL Marketing took it upon themselves to deposit $250.00 into my account without my knowledge or consent or approval and then later decided to take out their first payment of $75.00. I wad only then that I realized they had gone into my account and deposited the money. I immediately contacted them to get this taken care of. After a week of no response I was forced to threaten them with a lawsuit and that I would report them to the BBB. They emailed me back right away.
After days of fighting with them over never have approved the loan in the first place and not using the money they loaned me, they finally relented and withdrew $175.00 out of my account today. That is the initial $250.00 they loaned me minus the $75.00 payment they withdrew.
They are ripping people off! They are going ahead with peoples permission and depositing money into accounts and when the people do not notice, which was my case, they go ahead and start the payment process. Once you use that original money they loaned, your chances of getting out of this outrageous loan is impossible. Luckily I did not, which is why i was able to recover the money they stole from me.
