This lot use a "survey" that pops up on a legitimate website, telling you that you will get a thankyou gift for completion. Once I realised that this was not a "free" offer at all, I immediately informed my bank who told me that 2x p&p charges had been taken. My bank has blocked any further payments and is trying to get my money back. Despite the fact I contacted them within minutes, they say they have despatched (so sorry).
I have emailed them and told them it will not be accepted and that I have contacted the Office of Fair Trading, Advertising Standards Agency, Citizens Advice Bureau, Trading Standards, my MP, my MEP and will have no hesitation in contacting the police and HM Revenue and Customs.
These people need to be shut down.
