I done a survey for natwest bank, choosing a free gift of RVTL cream paying £4.99 p&p. On 29th of July £89.00 was taken out of my bank account. Today was told by some ignorant twit that my 2wks trial period had gone, a free gift does not have a trial period and if anything the trial period is from when my money was stolen from my bank account. I know have the job of going to trading standards ombudsman for banking standards and even police. I am so angry.
