Ecieved an email for an offer for some cream free trial just pay postage & packaging of 3.95 which i paid, i now find out that the company have taken 97.95 out of my bank with no explatnation that i have been charged, nothing was mentioned about another payment or any cancellation fees etc. I am extremely annoyed about this and will seek solicitors & trading standards advice too i would like a full refund for the 97.95 8its disgusting to con people this way
