I Want To Complain About Lorelia. They Charge Me On A CC And Neve

I ordered a promotion of Lorelia for the amount of 6.30 canadian dollar but in my statement credit card that I received yesterday, you charge me 96.78 USD, canadian dollar 100.07$ and I never received the product and I DON'T WANT ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS; so I'll call my cc company to never take anything from you. For me it's a racket. I want my money back.
