While placing an order with nomorerack.com there was an online pop-up to take a survey. At the end of the survey they said please select your free gift from the following items.
I selected a watch for my husband for Father's Day. Then they needed my credit card into and mailing info. To charge the $5.95 shipping & $2.00 if I wanted it to arrive in a gift box. I clicked to receive both and included my credit card and shipping details. 15 days later I was charged for $98.00 from MNC Watches in California.
They said they would send a notice to the department that handles refunds & returns, but it wasn't likely that I could return it to get a refund. We are stuck with a cheap watch that my husband doesn't like (I gave it to him early instead of waiting 'til Father's Day).
We called our bank and hopefully we'll get out money back thru the bank.
I also feel sorry for all the other people that were scammed by this company.in addition, their [email protected] will not pull up anything to access for support. Connie
