My husband placed an order for a watch with them, it said to billed for shipping (he was billed on 12/5 and credit card charged was $9.99, there info now that I printed off said $5.99.
He was charged on his last statement for $49. Current info says $98 for first watch. After that $49, for each watch.
He has not received his statement yet this month.
He has received 3 watches, at this point. He is a 76 year elderly old man and not in good health, that we have been traveling 3hrs away from here for much testing, CHF and poor breathing. He is hardly able to pay his bills and doesn't need 3 watches or can we afford to pay for them.
I have to do most of the correspondense. He rarely gets on the computer and then I am getting very upset trying return to these watches. Which they say I need to send Billing aan email.
What do I need to do to get this solved soon.
