I called Comcast due to having a computer virus. They were very nice and explained they would be able to help me. For a fee of $129 Les had me go through two computer exrcises to clear the sitution, which was not cleared up. I asked could I get my money back and he stated he was returning it now. I have checked my bank account and the $129 has not been returned as of yet. It is useless to try and talk to person on phone. Spoke with six people yesterday and was just transferred from one department to another. When asked for supervisor the person stated they were in a meeting. I want my money back into my account as promised. Will complain to as many agencies until I reeeive my money back. At this point I am an unsatisfied Comcast Customer ready to jump ship.
