Lending pratices—will not work to help if you get behind and force foreclosure

First off, They gave me a loan for more than the house was worth. Then when I divorced and could no longer afford the home... They would not help me at all. I tried to sell and even had a contract but would have been short. This bank would not work with me AT ALL! I wasn't asking for a hand out. I wanted a loan for the amount that I was short. They would not do it.

Now I am in foreclosure.

I know that I agreed to pay the loan. But I had extenuating circumstances and they could have worked with me.
