On July 8th I called Comcast and paid my bill over the phone!!! Today I called because I could see it had not been posted to my account. I called and they said it had been returned for not enough funding in account. When I asked if I was charged a fee the representive said yes. She asked if I would like to reprocess the account. I said absolutely not and I will go in Friday to make the payment. I told her I wanted the fee credited to my account. She said she could not do this until I made a payment. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she refused. This is just a rip off and I will file a complaint with the attorney generals.
