The arc owns many houses the house i work in is on cavetown church rd in smithsburg the name of the house is kemp horn. It has water leaks in the sensory room, when i went into work the other day it smelled so strong i asked what that smell was and people said it is the mold, i was informed by supervisors that all the higher up people know about it and haven't done anything about it yet. The smell of mold is so bad that an employee has had to call off due to asthma most of the employees have stuffy noses ithcy eyes sore throats including me, i have also left home with headaches.
