On February 5 I had service installed with dish TV, prior to the installation date my account was charged a monthly fee of $62.63. I was very upset and confused, how can they charge my account when service had not been installed? I decided to proceed with the installation and realized the hopper that was included in my package had not been installed, at that point I was so frustrated that on February 14 I call and had services terminated after having service for eight days. On May 15 I received a bill in the amount of $433.15 stating my account was past due and that my service had been temporarily suspended, stating amount due immediately.
