Dish has been taking varying amounts out of my checking account. Last January I had to leave my past address as the landlord was cited and he could no longer rent to me.
I went to another address where WIFI was included in the rent. There is no satellite dish at present address, I have a cablevision box
There removing unauthorized amounts from my account has interfered with phone service payments which are authorized to Optimum service.

I am being charged bank fees for my present phone internet payments to my present provider, the account balance being overdrawn by unauthorized Dish amounts being taken from or stolen from my checking account.
I want total recompense for theft from my checking account plus losses accrued for loss of phone service, interest payments and check charges from my bank
The date given was insufficient, various amounts taken throughout 2012 sporadically. I have changed my account number since Jan but they managed to get money from my account anyway
