Same as above. They called me, told me they were Microsoft's only authorized service for the 1254 crashes or errors found on my computer. I paid them $199.00 to clean it. Now I can't open my Microsoft Office file and it tells me I don't have permission. I am the administrator and owner of my computer. How can I find out for certain if they have taken over my computer? Anybody know?
