I sent in an entire bag packed with brand named items-most had never been worn. They rejected the majority and what they accepted, they paid pennies for. One item they are selling for $7.99 plus shipping and handling. I got a whopping $. 40 payout. When I asked for a review, I was sent pictures. Brand new items were marked as showing stains and there are absolutely zero stains in the pictures. Also, several pants that I purchased at gymboree and baby gap were never worn a single time, yet they were rejected and marked as "worn". I also asked them to disclose what is done with all of the rejected items. I got no reply. Rip off!
