I signed up for the trial and then cancelled it after a month when I saw the charge because the product was not returned after 14 days. Then they sent me another shipment of the product, that I never asked for. When I called to cancel, The rep was a foreigner and told me there had only been one charge on my card. When I got my next statement, there was another charge. I was told I could not return the product and that they have a no refund policy.
