Almost 12 year customer. Thought paid on line? BUT apparently didn't go through so today did not pick me up? Called and informed had to catch up bill and then added $30 in fees. Said tried to call # on file (fax) twice to tell me. Are you deaf, didn't you hear a fax tone? 12 year old account that I had updated my online - they don't look there. So why did I update it then telling how to contact. Livid, if habitual but once in 12 years and NO effort, letter, email nothing to ask what was wrong. Just cancel and fees. Very Poor treatment.
