Waste management has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They are very nice and courteous but can't or won't do anything to help customers with service issues. I paid my bill a month ago, and in that month they missed my trash twice, picked up my cans, promised to have them delivered a week later, failed, then promised to deliver them next week again. If you don't want my service because my trash is not good enough, let me know and I'll find someone else to pick it up. Waste Managements' management leaves something to be desired
