Waste Management is a RIP OFF! I had to sign a 3 year contract and my very first bill had a higher rate than what I had signed for. Then, every month had added fuel and disposal fees. I had to submit a cancellation notice within a certain amount of time before the end of the contract or it would be automatically renewed. Now they are billing me for the pick up of the container $150 and an additional $45 environment fee. This after being a loyal customer for over 15 years! These guys are crooks to the max!
