Bought a gropupon and then contacted the vendor who is apparently " moving" around the 2 month span when I wanted to redeem my coupon - making my purchase completely useless.
Groupon customer service is pathetic - wanted verndor info (same as listed in their ad on Groupon.com.).
No reply 8 days later. Will complain to credit card company, explore issues of false advertising and then file a complaints under Consumers Act to have business investigated and blaclkisted. Unfortunately I'm not the only person wit similar problems with Groupon but fortunately I can use the complaints on here to back up my claim of unfair business practice
