On the above date around 1:25PMI went on line with FastAgain PC Booster, gave my charge card info for: FASTAGAINPCBOOSTER and DISK CLEANER. After that I was given 1-855-246-1102 to call and activate the softwear. After contacting them, all of a sudden I wqas informed that they were having problems introducing the softwear into my computer. I was referred to a "technition" who informed me that it was necessary for me to spend another $200.00 to correct problems with my computer before they could go forward with softwear. I told her to stop, she then referred me back to my original contact. From there it went down hill. I knew something was wrong and informed him I wanted my money refunded. After that I talke with (supposedly) their supervisors (all 4). And they told me I must pay the $200.00 for the softwear to work. After they were through fooling around with my computor - I found out that my desk top had no icons (blank Screen) I counld not sign on. (I did not have this problem before I called them!!!) Every one I talked with after that told me the same thing - I must pay another $200.00 for my computer to work again. One guy (JAGJEEP) told me to shut off the computer, wait 20 minutes and it would be ok. I didn't get my desk top / icons back until 7:00am this morning (5-15). I'm waiting to see if I get my refund. This is one of the biggest mistakes I have made while on line!!
