I ordered a replacement hood for my fish tank back in January.
After noticing the status of my order never changed on their website I started calling. I called over 2 months, never spoke to a single person but left numerous messages. I did some research and got an email address. I sent them an email and surprisingly got a response back immediately. They stated that they would refund me. It has now been another month, I have sent 2 more emails and no replies.
