Never Received Order, No Refund, Ignores Emails & Phone Calls

I ordered a pair of shoes several months ago. My credit card was immediately charged, but the order never arrived. I sent email inquires, and finally received an order with the wrong shoes. I returned the shoes they sent me and requested a replacement order with the shoes I originally wanted. No replacement order, no refund. Sent numerous emails, no response. No one answers their phone.
