I called in to downgrade my services, they put me on hold for more three hours, Yes, 3 hours, nobody answered the phone until my phone battery ran out. I called them with a different phone, and asked for new services, some one answer it right away. I told them what happened, they told me nothing they could do but put me on hold again. NOT YET, after 30 minutes, the phone hung up. What the # with the company. I just want people to know and not become their customers because these kinds of services you will get. An apology, I don't think I will get it and I don't want it from them.
