My wife bought the Flexseal Bright. We have a leak in a mitre joint in our gutter. The joint has been caulked inside several times but still leaks so I went up and found the problem. It was a small tear in the side of the gutter. I ckeaned it off and sprayed Flexseal on it. I waited 24like hrs and sprayed it again. I covered it WELL. 3 days later it rained and GUESS WHAT??? Water still made it through. My opinion of Flexseal is that it is PURE JUNK!!! I would probably be better off buy a can of undercoating. Its cheaper and I KNOW IT WORKS... I thanked my wife for trying...
