I purchased a large room humidifier for my home, and it stopped working, I contacted Jarden Consumer solutions, and they sent me 2 new medium ones, because they did not have one for a larger room like I had. The ones back warped and cracked in the back and melted releasing all the water onto my floor, the second one the bottom cracked and also flooded my floor, I had an estimate for the damages and filed a complaint, Returned the one humidifier and I waited six weeks for them to deny my claim, they said it was cracked! That was the reason I complained to them, the water did a considerable amount of damage to my rug, and floor they refused to pay for the damages their product did!
