I got a sunbeam warm mist humidifier 3 week ago and I droped the tank and I called 1-800-253-2764 only to be told I need to by a new humidifie

I got a warm mist humidifier model number swm 2422.3 weeks ago I droped the water tank I called 1800-253-2764 to get a new one only to find out that i must buy a new humidifier and if i did it right now I get a discount I don't need a new one I just need a new water tank
