Ordered a sample of auravie on line as a risk free trail with e books included. There was to be a shipping and handling charge for a total of 2.95, broken down as a shipping and handling charge of 1.02 and a processing fee of 1.93. The charges showed up on 4/7 clearing bank on 4/8. Package showing shipped on 4/5 and recieved. The packing list order # listed as 2069762, sku aur-0-14-e, shipped via usps. A customer service # as 866-216-9336. Charges show on bank statement charged under the name of refresh 8777453refresh 87. Everything seemed to be o.K. Until a charge showed up on 4/21 as a recurring payment of 97.88.in checking with the bank about this unknown charge, they informed me it was showing as a recurrant pay under the name of refresh, this is when i became aware that the billing name being used by auruvie was refresh. The bank told me there was a phone # attached to the refresh 8777453 of 866-631-1835.in calling this # it was a recording telling me that if i was calling about auravie to press 1, in doing so i recieved another recording that if i was calling to cancel my auravie account to press another #, then automatically a recording begins telling me that my account has been cancelled an no futher charges would be added to my account. No chance of speaking to someone concerning the 97.88 charge, if another shipment had been sent, nothing! It has now been 3 wks since this charge has shown up and nothing has arrived, as i was planning to send it back for a refund to my acct but that doesn't seem very likely at this point.
