When place an order online for this free trail only pay for shipping and handling. There is nothing indicate that I see term and condition I have to call cancel if not satisfy with products. And I wait per have it could come in with product package or Auravie would e-mail me, And when package is arrived, In package of Auravie products I received there is no any Terms and Conditions is attached so I would know what to follow. I also received two e-mails from Auravie stating item being shipped and the welcome to your product family and nothing is telling me to call to cancel if not satisfy with the products. To me, this is fraud service from Auravie product not clearly inform customer on what need to be done after product is received.
And when contact Auravie customer support and get no help at all.
