I recieved a sample of their product thru Freebies.com. I paid my shipping and handling fee of $1.00. I received the product. Then another box came on 12/14. I tried calling the number on the packing slip, 866-216 9336. I received a cancellation confirmation for future shipments, 62122702346. I wanted to speak to a customer service person and was on hold for over half an hour, no one ever came on line. I tried to email them today, 12/18 and the email address is not correct. Support@auravie. COMTEL: 5855279023, I tried that address several different ways with no luck. I want to return this product and get that charge off my account.
