I got car insurance from this company on 4/1 car is dead on 5/3 called and cancelled my policy was told i would recieve full refund now they say florida law requires me to keep ins for 60 more days and pay for i car was junked unrepairable plus i am disabled and on ssi and will not be getting another car due to fis income i paid this company 226.35 only had coverage for a month which i was told would be 53.35 for april and 173.00 would be my refund now they refuse to let me speak to a superviser which i request many times and told none available also now they send me a email to fax a cancellation reason and fill out form now they are trying to pull the fax being done on 5/10 has my cancelation date and used a few choice words and said i get nothing now no operator will give me any info except the fl law which i was told is not the law so please help me resolve this matte
