Dear Sir/Madam in reference to the aforementioned, Sunrise Ford, mislead me through an advertisement that they approved credit to consumers who have bad credit or no credit to purchase an auto of their choice. However, when I responded to make a purchase (there was a discrepancy and down-payment) they advised me that they only had one car that I could purchase which is a lemon with over one hundred thousand miles, does not keep gas, which they also mislead me on the repair they were suppose to make. Now they tell me that they didn't know how repair the 2005 Buick Lacrosse, which also they overcharge me since I was in a chapter thirteen bankruptcy and no one else would grant me the credit
