I lease a new car from Campbell Ford and at the end of my lease I had some minor hail damage. I made a appointment at there body shop two week ahead of my return date for repair. They fixed the car & I paid the repair bill. I explained everything to the lease manager when I dropped the car off for my repair, and return of the lease. Well Campbell ford kept the car for 2 months without notifying Ford credit the car was returned, which resulted in ford credit sending me a bill for two months. I called several times to ford credit & Campbell to get this resolved. Campbell told me they would fix everything. Well six months later ford credit shows up on my credit report with two missed payments! I have spent hours on the phone & net trying to get this fixed with the credit companies. This error will now hant me for several years!
