I cannot tell you the disappoint I have in Ford motor company. I went to a dealership to show them the problem with my car and they submitted a claim to the department that would make the decision if Ford was obligated to fix my car. I was told It wasn't under the corrison warranty and I would have to pay for all repairs myself. The problem I have with this is the damage to my car is not normal. It is only a 2005. I have serveral mechanics tell me they have never seen such damage on a car that is only 8 years old. Ford should have stepped and at least helped me out. The only way that damage could have occured is if the vehicle was not properly put together. Ford gave me excuses and tried to sell me a warranty after the fact which is insulting. I will never purchase a Ford again and I will tell all my Friends, Family, relatives and people on the street, that when looking to purchase a vehicle, stay away from the Fords. The people who make these decisions really need to see the situation first hand istead of sitting in an office and just saying no.
