I was trying to get my car registration renewed at the DMV but it wasn't working like usual so I cancelled out. I then had a charge of $12.95 and $1.99 from Guardian Auto Advantage on my bank account.
On 4/23, I had another charge for $12.71 with a comment of Car Registration.
I called the phone number and complained and they say they have refunded the two $12 amounts but they won't refund the $1.99 because it is a processing fee. I'll see tomorrow.
