Took money from my bank account electronicly without my knowledge

My cash Guardian stole 29.95 from my checking account without my knowlege or permission I dont even know who they are I have never dealt with them before I am on a very tight budget and the moneys that My Cash Guardian took has caused all kinds of expences for me and now i have frozen my bank account becouse they could do it again we need to put a stop to my cash guardian A.S.A. P
