I booked. A flight with Ryanair and was asked if I wanted fifteen pounds cash back so I said yes. I would never sign up to ten pounds a month they must have got details of credit card off Ryanair site I got a 15£ voucher which I was expecting and only just realised they are taking £10 a month. I rang them up and was told that I did sign up blah blah I told them to bugger off as they had hoodwinked me. I am not a stupid person. They are a bunch of stealth monkeys. I am reporting to consumer dept at local authority. I wonder how. Any people they have scammed.
