I call an ad in the penny saver for a home for rent and the person that answered told me that home has been rented out already. But she has another one in that same area for rent and gave me the address. Which is right were I'm looking to rent a home. I really liked how it looked and I also drove by the area. She told me the home was getting remodeled so it will be ready at the end of may She told me there was a security deposit of 300 for that home and I would have to fill out application. So the next day I went in to the office and she explained that the 300 hundred would go towards the deposits. And that I was refundable. As days went by I haven't heard from them as I can't just wait for them my lease is up. I found another home that I didn't want to miss out on. Now I don't even think they will return my money. Don't know how there company like this that do this for A living.
