I purchased a mobile home. Four days after sighining lease i noticed a crack in the living room wall, which i brought to the managers attention. Manager told me to cover it with spackle. I never did move into the home. I was paying the lot rent. However last spring i was two weeks late. When i went to the office to pay the lot rent along with the late fees the office manager had know clue as to what i was suppose to pay. I paid what i had been paying. Next day i was served papers i was being sued for eviction. From the time i found the crack in the wall to the time i was late with the lot rent i had the home inspected. The inspection showed the home is sinking off the foundation. The roof is the original roof. I was told several times by the office before sighning the lease that the roof was sealed and the ac serviced. The home is getting worse with each day. This company is only interested in making money. They will tell you anything to sell a home and make a profit.
