This fraudulent company perceived theirselves as a 3rd party working for Apple. THEY ARE NOT APART OF APPLE OR ANY OTHER computer or wireless device product. They will scam you out of you money and your technical support issue will not be solved. This company and website needs to be shut down pronto.
