Stream energy deceptive billing practice

I've been with Stream Energy in Atlanta for only 2 months, and both months it seem they receive my payment late and want to charge a $10.00 late payment fee on my account.
As you see here two payment were sent in well enough time to be accepted,

I don't know any company or Bank which will hold a payment until the day after it is to arrive and charge a late fee...

If you are not checking your BILL I'd do it now, cause there gonna steal it from you $10.00 dollars at a time.
