Tried to set a account with them so I could receive more calls from my friend in jail. It was costing $11.00 a call for 15 minutes. Jail call services said $29.99 a month unlimited call. Plus there was no per minute charge. Just $29.99 a month pay as you go. They got my credit card number sent me an email with step by step instructions on how to get hooked up with another company (IC Solutions). JCS said I would have to crest an account with ICS so that I could receive the calls. I completed the steps until I got to the one where it asked me to enter a amount and press calculate. I entered the amount I had already payed and nothing... I then tried to call JCS back and got no answer. I did this 6/7 more time the next day leaving a message, explaining my problem. I then tried email. Still nothing. I lost $50.00 and feel stupid. I cant believe this is being allowed to happen. All the complaints against JCS and they are still a up and running scam! They have my phone number, address, everything. I feel violated. Like my identity is just out there for the taking. I would love to sue JCS. Wish I knew how I could go about doing this.
