Hi i started service with you on july at 1030 am... And the same day at 600 pm the person was release... I hurried up and sent an email... And i lost 48.00 dollars... I didnt even use the number
My money should have been returned..
Then i cancelled... The next day
Then in aug... I received an email from jcs, if i failed to pay... The services stops...
(i had cancelled... in july... And received verification that i cancelled too)
Also in the email... That i need to contact jcs because jcs does not have
any bank info for payment... So of course i ignore the email
The next week i noticed... Jcs took 32.57... This is aug 23
I had to send several email s... And i got a really stupid one... That i will be cancelled... And that i will not be bothered...
I had to send all the email that showed the cancellation
Sp finally sept 2... Someone called... And i was told that i will be refunded
Within 5 days... It did not happen...
So bill had gone back to jail... And contacted jcs... And ask to apply the 32.57 for this month...
Some calls... And i explain that... I already paid... And i need it only for a month... Unlimited calls...
He connects me with global-tel-link... I pay 25.00... For 2.00 calls
This is the bullshit i get from jcs iam out 48.83 on july
32.57 last week
25.00 to global tel link... An i only got 3 calls
I figure i go with a another company. THERE GOES 20.00
And while iam waiting for fair rates... Collect calls on my landline are blocked
