I ordered a trial sample of the cigarettes last December. I did not order any additional cigarettes because the sample produced my nauseas.
However, I did receive a complete box on 1-20, and I returned it on 1-29 through a UPS authorized service to the company intact requesting a refund. I called them many times but my calls were never answered nor my messages returned.
In March I decided to dispute the charge and requested Citicards help because I paid with my Citi Visa Card. Citicards has just informed me that Optima Cigs has refused to reimbursed me because they supposedly never received the cigarettes back.
