I ordered a "trial" for $4.95 shipping cost. Then I received more cigarettes - thought they were trying to get me to keep trying. Thought nothing about it until I received another shipment and immediately went to my bank account and saw two debits, one for $116.93 and another for $86.94. I did not SUBSCRIBE, I signed up for a TRIAL!!! When I called they demanded me send the cigarettes back at my cost and then they would consider putting the money into my account. I could hear other operators in the background saying the same thing to others. This is not a trial, it is a SCAM!!! Do not order thier supposed TRIAL because it is a SCAM. They would not let me speak to a supervisor. I will be taking action against Optima... And by the way... The cigarettes taste horrible!!!
