I ordered a Free Trial Offer of Optima Cigs for $4.95 Then got charged 116.93 and a. 94 Foreign Currency con fee on my bank account. Called to complain that I did not order, that offer said nothing about paying and a $29.99 for the FREE trial or having 14 days to cancel! They offered to refund 79.99 WHEN the shipment arrives and is returned; but refuse to compensate the 29.99 fee.
