There was NOTHING posted about a $99.67 charge after the "trial" I read everything that was on the pop-up screen, all it said was $4.95 now I just had $99.67 ripped out of my bank account. I call to get answers and the first question asks if you want to not be on an autoship list I hit yes to be removed and confirm. Low and behold that BLOCKS my acct from them being able to refund me. Yet they could still take my money, it hadn't even gone through till I was on the phone with them. I ask to speak with someone higher and am told I am speaking to the highest person there.
