Cars Unlimited Of Suffolk
Worst customer service, merchandise and liars! Ripoff Medford New York

Bought '03 Mitsubishi Galant one month ago. Test drove the car after being approved by finance person. Ask her to have service access the 'vibrating', 'shuttering' within the car. Needless to say, sale completed, car was in service the next day and seven more times in actual dealerships. Sales Manager even told me that he called an engineer from the Mitsubishi Corp., a 'Japanese' gentleman is what he called him, way over to the LI to access my car.

After even renting a car for 3 days to have accessed by this engineer, car still performed the same. Not brand new, just something that didn't hurt my hands and make my feet hurt while I was driving. I called the particular dealer to get the name of the engineer and service record for the part that was supposed to be put on. There was a stabilizer bar put on the third day of my ownership at that dealership.

This time, the sales manager told me that a crossbar was to be put on. The service manager at that particular dealer said that nothing was done and the car was never there in the time that I rented this vehicle, which was actually in vain. After brand new struts, brakes, three sets of tires, hub and wheel bearings, new rims... Car still performs like crap.

So, I did what I had to: follow up with UCAP, my attorney and sending out letters to pharmacy companies that buy cars for their drug representives for the end of the year. It goes far especially since my sister is an internest and meets with these folks on an everyday occasion. I also have documented statements from collision repair/frame and unibody specialists, this car has definately been in a severe 'scrape', the three agree. CarFax.com will also be involved because they guarantee that this car had a good report but not with the documentation that I have. I intend to be reimbursed for my time and monies, as well as an apology if I have to use a close local but well-known news reporter to do it.

Thanks to the other people that I've spoken to about Cars Unlimited... We can help each other. What's the sales managers motto, 'How big are we'? Sarcastically. Haven't made the first payment yet and I'm already hating this car. Please, if your credit is poor or you've had an unfortunate circumstance, go to World Class Auto in Patchogue or Venero Motors in Bayport, they're decent people who will try to accomodate you until they get it right. They consider "customer is always first and right"!!
